How does one live in a place that has become the symbol of terror? Stuttgart-based photographers Kai Loges and Andreas Langen were driven by this question.

For years they have travelled across the vicinity of Auschwitz Memorial. Their photographs and interviews impressively document how horror and everyday life are interwoven.
