We will confirm your tour booking by mail or fax, or suggest an alternate time. Please contact us should you be delayed for a scheduled tour, as we may otherwise be unable to provide your tour. We can be reached at the telephone number on your confirmation letter.

The Memorial grounds contain a cemetery where over 5000 people are buried. We ask that you conduct yourself accordingly and respect the feelings of other visitors who may be survivors or relatives of former prisoners.
